1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

At Satinstones, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry crafted with care. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

What Is Covered

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use, including:

  • Loose stones caused by a manufacturing defect

  • Faulty clasps, chains, or settings due to manufacturing defects

  • Defective craftsmanship that affects the normal use of the jewelry

If your item is found to have a covered manufacturing defect within one (1) year from the date of delivery, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item at no charge;

  • Replace the item with the same or a comparable product; or

  • Issue a store credit or refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or tarnishing

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper care

  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, or water exposure

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Bent rings due to impact or improper sizing

  • Broken chains resulting from excessive force

  • Missing stones caused by accidental damage

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or resizing performed by a third party

  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and may request that the item be returned for inspection before approving warranty service.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us unless otherwise required by applicable law. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement item.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not provide coverage for damage resulting from normal use, accidental damage, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
