Welcome to Satinstones. This website is owned and operated by Satinstones LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Satinstones,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Satinstones LLC.

2. Products and Product Information

Product images are provided to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, or individual screen settings.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove products from the website when necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer. If payment has already been processed, we will provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

When an order is placed through our website, an order confirmation email will be sent acknowledging receipt of the order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, and our acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Payment authorization failure.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully processed, any payment received for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@satinstones.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. Eligible returns after shipment are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully authorized and completed before an order is processed or shipped.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other authorized payment providers available at checkout.

We do not store complete credit or debit card information.

Payment methods available at checkout may include:

Available payment methods may vary depending on the order, device, browser, or other checkout conditions.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Satinstones currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday through Friday, generally begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after processing.

The estimated total delivery time, including processing, is approximately 6–10 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on orders within the United States.

Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions stated in that policy.

Returned items must generally be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and meet the applicable requirements regarding tags, packaging, accessories, and other conditions described in the Return & Refund Policy.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or another reason that is not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an item is defective, damaged during delivery, or we sent the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide appropriate return instructions.

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

After the refund has been processed, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. If an exchange is unavailable, the customer may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.
